Miracles!!
Malo e lelei everybody!! This week was a pretty solid week. We kept super busy and had some success in our area.
This week was transfers so we spent Monday to Thursday having meetings and planning for this next transfer. It is always a pretty stressful time, but we've made it and I won't have to do that again so I'm happy. We had a great MLC meeting on Wednesday. The spirit was super strong the whole time. It was definitely my favorite one that I have had.
We had a lot of success with one of our friends that we found last week. Her name is Lili, I think I mentioned her last week. Anyways, this week we caught up with her and had a lesson. We set a date for baptism with her on the 27th of this month. She also came to church the next day and loved every minute of it. We have multiple members that are fellowshipping her. They have invited her to institute and other activities. It has been awesome to see. She is progressing so fast that I can't even keep up. Never in my mission have I taught somebody that has progressed as fast as her. One thing that is awesome is that her baptism is just a couple of days before I go home. So, I am hoping and praying that everything goes according to plan so that I can be here for her when she gets baptized. Everybody please pray for Lili! I have definitely gained a testimony that God is preparing people for us and He inspires us and leads us to them if we have faith.
I would like to share a scripture that I have been ponderizing with you all:
3 Nephi 17:9
9 And it came to pass that when he had thus spoken, all the multitude, with one accord, did go forth with their sick and their afflicted, and their lame, and with their blind, and with their dumb, and with all them that were afflicted in any manner; and he did heal them every one as they were brought forth unto him.
I love this scripture because the multitude of people was about 2500 people. It was a very large group of people, and Jesus Christ felt that He should heal all that needed healing. I know that we can all find healing through the Atonement of Jesus Christ. All that is required of us is to bring ourselves to Him. If we bring ourselves to Him, He can heal us physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. If we have any scars, trials, challenges, and trials in our life, we can find healing through Jesus Christ. To bring ourselves to Him, we need to have faith in Him. We can show our faith by reading scriptures, going to church, praying etc. I invite you all to seek healing through the Atonement of Jesus Christ.
That's it from me for this week! I love you all and I hope you all have a great week.
