Quick recap

Kia ora yall, sorry I didn't get an email out to you these last couple of weeks. It's been a crazy couple of weeks and we've been busy. Also I just haven't really had the motivation.


Anyways, the last couple of weeks we've just been running exchanges and busy with planning for zone conference. Last week was honestly the most tiring week of my life. We were working all day, and when we got home at 9, we spent the next hour planning for zone conference. It was a stressful week and very tiring. I'm definitely glad that this next week is going to be a little less busy and hopefully we can get some relaxation at night. We'll see. I'm just glad zone conference is over and we can chill a little.

Anyways, just wanted to share a cool funny story. Last week my new hair clippers came in the mail, so me and my companion got the idea to go give free hair cuts in the community to try and find some people to teach. So, we did just that. I know it sounds like a weird finding idea but the spirit was working with us. We went and set up a stand in town, and after sitting for a while, we finally got some customers. A guy from Sri Lanka showed up. I gave him a clean fade, then we started to teach him a little bit. Come to find out that he had tried to come and check out our church recently but he couldn't get there. So, we gave him a tour and now we've been teaching him. That was honestly pretty funny because I was a little skeptical about the finding method.

Here's a spiritual thought for yall: I want to talk a little bit about God's plan of salvation. We are blessed to have been given the gift of God's plan. Which is individual to each of us. But most importantly his plan is merciful. One of the most important things about God's plan, is that it wouldn't be possible without Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ's sacrifice for us is central to God's plan. Jesus Christ has blessed us with the hope that we can live with our families together forever. He has also blessed us with the gift of eternal life. God's love for each of his children is shown through his plan for us. I invite you all to learn more about God's plan of salvation and see how it can bless your life. I know that God loves each of us. I know that there is no better peace or happiness that can be found here on earth than the peace and happiness that is found in living according to God's plan.

Malo e lelei everybody! I hope that you have all had a wonderful week. I hope that each of you wished your mothers a happy mothers day. If you haven't, make sure to go do that now. I would also like to apologize for being terrible at writing emails every week, especially to my mother. It's been a busy few weeks, but they have been awesome. We got to go to the temple again last week. So that meant packing up and driving a van 7 hours up to Hamilton with a bunch of other missionaries. It was super fun, I love a good road trip. I'm so blessed to have gone on a couple temple trips while I've been serving here. It is not to easy to get up there, and it definitely isn't cheap. Each time I go I am reminded of God's Plan of Salvation. Miracles!!

Malo e lelei everybody!! This week was a pretty solid week. We kept super busy and had some success in our area. This week was transfers so we spent Monday to Thursday having meetings and planning for this next transfer. It is always a pretty stressful time, but we've made it and I won't have to do that again so I'm happy. We had a great MLC meeting on Wednesday. The spirit was super strong the whole time. It was definitely my favorite one that I have had. We had a lot of success with one of our friends that we found last week. Her name is Lili, I think I mentioned her last week. Anyways, this week we caught up with her and had a lesson. We set a date for baptism with her on the 27th of this month. She also came to church the next day and loved every minute of it. We have multiple members that are fellowshipping her. They have invited her to institute and other activities. It has been awesome to see. She is progressing so fast that I can't even keep up. Last month, last transfer

Kia ora whanau!! I hope you have all had a great week. This week was pretty solid. We had some miracles which was awesome. We were able to focus on our area a lot this week. We found some new people to teach and had some great lessons. I would like to share a miracle that happened this week. Last Wednesday in daily planning I felt inspired to continue knocking a street that we had knocked the week before. So, we planned for that. But, our schedule ended up getting pushed back because we got busy, and we had to decide whether we wanted to knock that street or do the things that got pushed back. I felt again that we should go and knock that street. So, we did. The very first door we knocked on was a girl named Lili. God had definitely been preparing her for us.
