The Lord's Timing

Malo e lelei everybody!! The work continues out here and life is good. My week was pretty busy but it was really good.

I had one of the coolest experiences happen to me this week. Me and my companion drove up to palmerston north this weekend for some exchanges and for stake conference. This was a zone that I had served in about a year ago, so I was able to see a lot of old friends and members at stake conference which was awesome. One of the coolest things was that my friend Jhon that I baptized about a year ago was there as well. Then I found out that he was receiving the melchezidek priesthood that same day. After stake conference I was able to go and help confer the priesthood to him. It was such a special experience. A year ago, he was baptized, and now I just happened to be in palmy when he was receiving the melchezidek priesthood. This helped me realize that the Lord's timing is perfect. I know that he is going to be able to bless his family now with the priesthood, and he will be an example to his family and others as well. I was all smiles for the rest of the day after that.

Other than that, nothing much happened this week. We just did some work on the next transfer roster and had some more exchanges.

I love the mission so much and I'm so grateful for this opportunity i have to share the gospel with others everyday. Since Easter is coming up, I am starting to try and focus everything i do(study, missionary work, everything) on the Savior and his resurrection and Atonement. I invite you all to do the same! Malo e lelei everybody! I hope that you have all had a wonderful week. I hope that each of you wished your mothers a happy mothers day. If you haven't, make sure to go do that now. I would also like to apologize for being terrible at writing emails every week, especially to my mother. It's been a busy few weeks, but they have been awesome. We got to go to the temple again last week. So that meant packing up and driving a van 7 hours up to Hamilton with a bunch of other missionaries. It was super fun, I love a good road trip. I'm so blessed to have gone on a couple temple trips while I've been serving here. It is not to easy to get up there, and it definitely isn't cheap. Each time I go I am reminded of God's Plan of Salvation. One of the things that really stood out to me this time is that when we sacrifice things in our life, it is a similitude to the Savior's sacrifice. Miracles!!

Malo e lelei everybody!! This week was a pretty solid week. We kept super busy and had some success in our area. This week was transfers so we spent Monday to Thursday having meetings and planning for this next transfer. It is always a pretty stressful time, but we've made it and I won't have to do that again so I'm happy. We had a great MLC meeting on Wednesday. The spirit was super strong the whole time. It was definitely my favorite one that I have had. We had a lot of success with one of our friends that we found last week. Her name is Lili, I think I mentioned her last week. Anyways, this week we caught up with her and had a lesson. We set a date for baptism with her on the 27th of this month. She also came to church the next day and loved every minute of it. We have multiple members that are fellowshipping her. They have invited her to institute and other activities. It has been awesome to see. She is progressing so fast that I can't even keep up. Last month, last transfer

Kia ora whanau!! I hope you have all had a great week. This week was pretty solid. We had some miracles which was awesome. We were able to focus on our area a lot this week. We found some new people to teach and had some great lessons. I would like to share a miracle that happened this week. Last Wednesday in daily planning I felt inspired to continue knocking a street that we had knocked the week before. So, we planned for that. But, our schedule ended up getting pushed back because we got busy, and we had to decide whether we wanted to knock that street or do the things that got pushed back. I felt again that we should go and knock that street. So, we did. The very first door we knocked on was a girl named Lili. God had definitely been preparing her for us.
