Wild week

Kia ora everybody! How is everybody doing? I'm doing pretty good. I'm going to try and keep this one short, got a busy week ahead with MLC training that starts today.

Anyways, this week was transfers and I got my new companion Elder Fa'oliu. He's the man and it's been pretty fun learning some Tongan from him. I can now pray in Tongan which is pretty cool. I'm still in this area which is awesome. I hope I stay for a while.

This week we did heaps of service, which I love. One for a breast cancer awareness fundraiser, and another for a Tiaki Ariki tournament (Maori version of dodgeball). We were the refs for the tournament which was pretty fun. It was such a busy week this week with all the services that it just flew by.

One of my favorite things from this week was that I got to play in a basketball tournament game. I was asked by one of the members in the ward, and two of our friends who are on date for baptism to play. Of course, I had to get permission from President, and fortunately he said I could! It was so much fun to play legit basketball for the first time in about a year and a half. Safe to say I'm 15 pounds heavier and not in the best shape to be running up and down the floor anymore. I've never been more sore in my life than the next morning after that game.

Other than that, it was an all good week. The work is going great and I can't complain. Anyways, I love you guys and hope you have a good one.
