Rain

Malo! Ūa mai oe?(how are you). Yes I'm getting to learn some Samoan because one of the elders I live with is from Samoa and Hutt valley has heaps of Samoans so I need to learn haha. Anyways, this is going to be a short one because I don't have much time and I've been busy all day, but I'm doing good.

A little cool news is that me and my companion are getting a car, which is literally a saving grace. We are going to share it with the sisters. They'll get it for a week and then we'll get it. I cannot be more grateful. My feet are so done with walking everywhere. So that's super good. Other than that there isn't much news in the work. Just a bunch of lessons falling through. We don't really have anybody to teach rn that is progressing at all. But, we'll get there!

Today we got to play some touch rugby which was super fun. So that was really good. One thing that is good about this area and zone is that everybody likes to play sports, which is what I was complaining about in Levin so that's really good.

Also, I just hit 8 months a couple of days ago so that's pretty cool. It's felt like a long time but it really hasn't been that long. To think that I started out in Provo, Utah, then I went to Derby Kansas, and now I'm halfway across the world in New Zealand, all in the span of 8 months is pretty crazy. A lot has happened and I'm so grateful for all of it. This truly has been such a life changing experience and it is the best decision I could have made. So, if anybody that is reading this is thinking about serving, all I can say is to just go. It hasn't been easy but man it has been such a blessing.

But ya that's about it from me. I hope you are all doing well. Stay safe everybody and have a great week. Remember that your Savior loves you pls❤

strolled past a rugby league game on Saturday. I definitely stopped the work and watched for like 5 minutes. Don't judge me
