Malo lelei!! How are you guys doing today? I hope all is good and I hope you guys had a good week. This week was a good one. It flew by though. Times been flying lately.

Anyways, this week was a good one. Nothing crazy happened. Some cool things that happened with our friend Gila which is pronounced Needa. He's from Tuvalu. We've been teaching him the whole time I've been here and we haven't been able to get him to church until this week. We took him on a chapel tour on Saturday and that was great. Then, he came to sacrament the next day and he loved it. It was fast and testimony meeting and one of our members named Sister Tafa got up to bear her testimony. She's from Tonga and doesn't speak English very well. But, she went up to bear her testimony in English. It was powerful and she started crying because it was scary for her to bear her testimony not in her native language. During that testimony I looked over at Gila and he was crying and wiping away his tears. It was so awesome to see that. Im so grateful sister Tafa shared her testimony that day. Gila said he is going to come back next week so I'm looking forward to that.

We were able to do a lot of fun things this week. On Tuesday we got to play a big game of touch rugby with a bunch of big islanders. It was so fun and man they destroyed us. I have never seen humans as big as them move so fast. They are truly freaks of nature. Then, on Friday we were able to hold a volleyball game at the church hoping for some people from the community to show up. Nobody did. But, it was still fun to play volleyball with all of the Tongan sisters in the district. They are hilarious and made it so fun. I don't understand any of the things they say but I know it's funny. They call me Pailangi (not sure if I spelled it right) but I know it means white man. That's about the only thing i recognize when they are talking so I know they are talking about me. But I just choose to laugh along with them. Anyways, that was heaps of fun and we get to do it again this week.

That's about it for the week. I guess I hit 6 months this week. Kinda crazy. Haven't really given it much thought honestly. I'm just grateful for the last 6 months I have had to grow closer to my Savior. I have learned so much these last 6 months and grown so much. If anybody reading this is contemplating going on a mission, I just want to give my input and tell you to just do it. It has been such a blessing in my life. It's been the hardest thing I've ever done but easily the most rewarding thing I've ever done. But, I still got 18 months left, and I look forward to each day. In all honesty I can't really explain how awesome the mission is. So, just take my word for it.

Alright that's it yall!! Also, get ready for conference. It is coming up on us fast. I love you and hope you guys have an awesome week. Ka pai👍
